I tend to get in smoothie ruts, so having something completely different (and really pretty) usually gives me an extra nudge in the morning. This is not one of those “you won’t taste the veggies” smoothies, but it’s a mild flavor. Unless you absolutely despise carrots you won’t mind.
Carrot-Orange-Mango-Milk
What you’ll need:
1 large, organic carrot, peeled
1/3 to 1/2 cup frozen, organic mango
1 cup organic orange juice
1/2 cup organic almond milk
4-6 ice cubes
What to do:
Blend–everything, all at once, until it’s the right consistency for you.
*May have to blend a little longer to get the carrots smooth.
